DEI ON TRIAL: Ninth Circuit rules a white Seattle employee can take his hostile-work-environment lawsuit over the city's DEI programs to a jury.
Joshua Diemert alleged supervisors asked what he could contribute "being a straight white male" and told him it was "impossible" to discriminate against white people.
The unanimous panel, led by an Obama-appointed judge, said the years of alleged race-based comments and DEI trainings were "sufficiently numerous, frequent, and severe" to warrant a trial.
